Mechanical equipment maintenance is divided into three levels. It is divided into daily maintenance; First level maintenance; Second level maintenance.
Daily maintenance refers to the daily maintenance of each shift, mainly operators, and careful inspection; Add lubricating oil; Keep the equipment tidy; Cleaning; Good lubrication; Security. In case of any fault during the shift, it shall be eliminated in time and the shift handover record shall be made carefully.
The first level maintenance is mainly carried out by maintenance workers, assisted by operators, and part of the equipment is disassembled according to the plan; Inspection; Clean the specified parts; Dredge the oil way; Adjust the accuracy of equipment parts, fasten all parts and make records.
The second level maintenance is mainly carried out by maintenance workers, which is listed in the equipment maintenance plan and partially disassembled for inspection and repair. Replace or repair worn parts and clean them; Change the oil, check and repair the electrical part, restore the accuracy of the machine tool, and meet the minimum requirements for processing parts; Make detailed records.
To implement three-level maintenance, "three good" and "four skills" must be achieved for equipment.
The requirements of "three good" and "four meetings" are as follows:
a: "Three good
"A: Well managed; consciously abide by the system of fixed person and fixed machine, do not touch other people's equipment, manage tools; place accessories neatly, etc. b: well used; equipment does not operate with fault, do not use overload; use reasonably according to the performance of each equipment; abide by the operating procedures and equipment maintenance system; prevent accidents. c; repair; shut down for maintenance according to the scheduled maintenance time; test run.
b: "Four Meetings"
a； Can use; Be familiar with the equipment structure, master the technical performance and operation methods of the equipment, and use the equipment correctly. b； Be able to maintain; Add oil correctly according to the lubrication chart; Change the oil; Cleaning equipment; "Three level maintenance" of equipment shall be carried out according to the regulations (according to the regulations of each company). c； Will check; Understand equipment accuracy standards; Be able to check the inspection items related to accuracy and make corresponding adjustments. Will check safety protection and safety devices, etc. d； Will eliminate the fault; Able to listen to abnormal sound; Temperature; Determine the position and cause of abnormal conditions according to operation conditions; Timely take measures to eliminate faults.
